Welcome to The Marra Collective ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, including our white-labeled content, automation builds, and backend tech implementation (collectively, the "Services"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided The Marra Collective provides white-labeled health and wellness content, done-for-you automation systems, and backend technical infrastructure builds, primarily via Go High Level (GHL) sub-accounts provided to Clients.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their own use of email, SMS, and automations complies with applicable laws (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, HIPAA if applicable).
Clients are solely responsible for the content, consent collection, and delivery of messages sent through their sub-accounts.
The Marra Collective does not interact with the Client's end users and does not store or process end-user data.
3. Subscription and Cancellation
Certain services are offered on a subscription basis. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice via email to [email protected].
No refunds will be provided for payments already processed.
4. Intellectual Property
All original materials provided by The Marra Collective remain the intellectual property of the Company.
Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use white-labeled materials as part of their business operations.
5. Disclaimers
The Company makes no guarantees regarding client outcomes, lead generation, or compliance status.
Services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Marra Collective is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
